Don't know as its taken nearly a month and dozens of calls to actually get connected! only hope it will get better.
Top rate cost for usless technical support! robotic indian call centre simply going thru same procedure and not resolving anything - seem to be reading from script,weeks of total frustration, no apology!
So far so bad - can only get better
