Quite a few.
Ordered my bed from Best Choice Furniture Ltd. They rang up and said they could deliver it at the next Saturday, but I couldn't take it that day so asked for it to be delivered on the following Wednesday, knowing I'd only be taking half a day off work. It never came, no call to explain, eventually started answering their phones about 3 that afternoon, and they sounded clueless, and asked if they could deliver it Saturday. On Friday I double confirmed that it would be delivered, and on Saturday morning the driver called to say he'd have it to me at 12-4. Another day off work, and it never came. No call, and again impossible to get through to them by phone. Went away for the night as I didn't have a bed, and got a call 7.45 am on Sunday saying they were 15 mins away! I told them I wasn't at home as I'd expected it the day before, but that my flatmate would take delivery. When I got home and unwrapped it: right bed, good condition, wrong size! And oh yeah you can't ring them on Sundays. Rang on Monday, and was very nice and they didn't have the right size in stock so I had to wait until the Wednesday for delivery. Brilliant, on Wednesday it did come, it was the right size. But the bed was damaged in many places.
I have lost money from not working and waited over 2 weeks for a bed thats damaged.
I won't be sending it back cause I don't wanna have to pay 15% and I may never get another bed or my money suggesting the feedback here. The damage only effects the appearance, and I can paint it over but this is still very poor service. Lets see where complaining gets me.
