Good Points

Excellent website. Really simple to use. Nice layout. Search facility works a treat.


Bad Points

Wish it would work out the offers, e.g buy one get one free, at the time of checkout, not at the time of the order being dispatched. The price you are quoted at the bottom when checking out is only a guide. Not massive problem, but it would just be helpful.


General Comments

Brilliant. I get my shopping every month delivered to my doorstep by Tesco. Job done. If there are ever any substitutions made that I don't want I can give them back to my driver. It's only ever happened a few time, but I've always been happy with the alternative so I've never needed to give them back. If there is something you already know you won't want an alternative to then you can state this on your order and they won't try to make a replacement. My order has always arrived within the stated timeslot and they will even take the bags into your kitchen for you if you want. I really can't fault it. If you're environmentally conscious you can even choose not to have the items delivered in carrier bags - as a reward you can collect 'green' points on your Clubcard. It's a very simple to use website and I would gladly recommend it.
