A good choice of rides. Friendly staff. Easy to walk around and find different areas, it also has areas for picnics and a castle where you can explore. There is also a pub
Expensive to get in. Expensive food, but very tasty. No shelter from the rain and no smoking shelters (it is hard to smoke in torrential rain!)
My fiance and I went to Alton Towers for our Anniversary, we stayed at Splash Landings Hotel. The hotel was nice and clean, the staff helpful. The staff called my fiances car reg plate No.on the tannoy and when he went to see them they said he'd left his boot open! The pool was warm and clean.
The park was really good fun and a lot to see, we thought The Willy Wonka ride would be rubbish - we went on it for a laugh but it turned out to be really good.
Even though towards the end of the day it rained really hard (They have doubled the price of their rain macs!!!) we still had a lot of fun.
We didn't go on many rides as there queues were silly but we will defo go there again and go visit the things we missed.
Woolies are running their promo again where you can get buy one get one free tickets so defo going again!
