Internet Speed is quite fast in comparison with BT in my experience.
As far as I am aware DST keep charging for the line-rental and extra fees even after my cancellation has been made as far as I am concerned.
It was very difficult to make a good communication with customer servicer I personally wont trust them on agreements. Overall, be careful on every aspect of being with this company and keep a very close eye on your account. As far as I am concerned they have overcharged me.
