Very poorly sign posted from airport, a longer then expected wait for bus going both ways, too far from airport
My husband had booked this for us for a 3 week holiday. We got to airport at 5:30AM he dropped me off with luggage as we figured would be easier for just him to jump on bus and return to Term 3. How wrong, very poorly signed posted from airport and even with sat nav he lost his way, and by the time he found it and got on bus, they also stop at every Term on the way back. It is not a simple 10min ride as they advertise on website. I had actually waited for over an hour in the rain for his return. When we returned after holiday we had to wait about 20mins or so to get a bus back, there were so many people needing a lift, when we got to the parking lot there sat a lot of empty buses with no drivers. May I suggest to PP at high passenger peak times that you use more vehicles to accommodate pax and no one is waiting more then a few mins in horrible weather with screaming kids? They were very helpful however when our battery in the car had died for lack of use and they were very quick to give us a boost. All in all I probably would not use them again, it is a lot less hassle to get a friend or cab to drop off and pick up.
