Good Points

Good prices.


Bad Points

Customer service, impossible to speak to anybody. Unhelpful responses to my emails which ignore the crux of the issue.


General Comments

Would rather pay more and have decent sales and after sales service than deal with Titanic Sinks again. My advice is that you avoid this company, the customer service really lets it down.

    We have had the same treatment from Titanic and are about to take them to the small claims court
