Offer you the cars they can not sell, unless you pressurise them for a car you are interested in, feel uncomfortable all the time you are there, not allowed to look at the cars at your own pace,


General Comments

ACF Car Finance - I bought my car 2nd due to a swap after 18 months, had to return it after 2 weeks as there was a problem with the exhaust, they told me to take it to a independent garage tor a diagnostic testing and get a quote i ended up having to take it back to acf, it took 2 weeks for them to repair it and gave us a really rubbish courtesy car that was not even cleaned after previous use, 5 months later the same thing is happening and we have been told by the independent garage i took it to, that if they had made the changes and replaced the parts which should have been done there is no way that the car should have the same problems considering the mileage the car has done, when i called acf they said cause we have had the car over 6 months only just that we are not covered and there is nothing we can do and we are to pay for the repairs ourselves, due to its a used car and its wear and tear, but you do not expect to start having to repair a car you have only had for 6 months with exactly the same problem you had when you first had the car, they should take the car back and repair it properly, i Have had 2 independent garages comment that we should not being having the same problem if this was repaired also if parts were replaced by rights we should be covered for 12 months otherwise i should report them to trading standards, is anyone else having the same problem?
