In flight entertainment is good especially if you are travelling with kids. Also, the food was better than most other airlines. Check in desks!!!!!! Especially on the way back from San Francisco to UK. The staff are surly and unhelpful, checking in single passengers before families with children! The seats in economy are cramped and very uncomfortable for an 11 hour flight. I will not be travelling with Virgin again. Even though the fares are cheap, it is not worth the hassle. They really need to train their check in staff better.
