Bad Points

As far as I am aware tickets were closed with no resolution as far as I am concerned, multiple re-opens, calls, felt I had to scream and shout to get attention, web sites corrupt month after month in my experience.


General Comments

Since 2006, my sites have been corrupted as far as I am concerned, extensions disappear, cannot seem to login to CPanles or VPAnels in my experience, tickets as far as I am aware were closed with no resolution in my opinion, tit for tat ticket response, answers that have nothing to do with my problems as far as I am conerned, on and on and on and on.

I finally got a call back and got told to let him know personally of any further problems. Within a month, same problems occurred in my experience. Actually questions why I am sending a note to him instead of Tech Spt! I do not recommend Advanced Internet Technologies.net
