They do not tell you the full facts when transferring money.
I made a transfer to Virgin Credit Card of approx 5k to which they were happy to do and almost bent over backwards transferring outstanding credit from another MBNA card so i could consolidate all my debt. They did not once mention that i might be in jeopardy of losing my 0% interest if i missed a payment. I missed a payment of £10.70 by two days and now they are charging me interest on the full amount. To say i was annoyed ws an understatement ! I am now washing my hands of all things to do with virgin / MBNA as the service they have provided was terrible
