Good Points

The exterior is beautiful. Any dried water drops or finger prints are barely visible. The control panel is easy to understand and is very attractive.
When it was new, it was extremely quiet.


Bad Points

This machine has broken down 6 times in the two years we have owned it.
It is always the motor and pump that go out.


General Comments

When a machine breaks down 6 times in two years, you have a lemon, which is what the LG LDS5811BB was for us.
After the first three break downs we had contacted LG with no help from customer service.
