We had a guy who was about the worst person i have ever dealt with. The mother in law was SERIOUSLY about 2 minutes from just asking the guy to leave. When we set up our wedding originally we told him lay low just record. We dont any interviews or up close and personal scripted stuff. basically let me live my wedding and record it. We got NONE of that. O by they way this was wrote this down as well.... i guess he lost it.... LOL I just got my video this week APRIL 2008 my wedding was JULY 2006!!!!


General Comments

wow what else is there to say. everything was a joke. grooms name spelled wrong on first video. father in laws name CUT off half way through. this was offered to fix. after HOUNDING HIM he finally had it reworked with the SAME ERRORS AGAIN!!!! and they messed it up even more changing things we never asked to be changed. They they get bought out by some new guy. After trying to get this fixed by we got nowhere at all. We brought the ORIGINAL dvd and the second "fixed, but still wrong" DVD and sat down went through changes. Then after months he said " i dont have that footage" its not my problem etc.. etc... etc... run around. after many more months we finally get in touch and then they needed the ORIGINAL footage from us again. i was leniant giving it up again but o well i did anyway. finally got the video back with the names spelled correctly. I guess the people doing the work must be dislexic because it was PRINTED BY THEM correctly on the discs but wrong inside !! so much for checking your work. And then they dont save anything to fix it either!!. WHAT A JOKE STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN!!! Pay someone on the street to follow you with a camcorder and get better results and service!!

    The joke was that this person wanted his whole video changed around,adding names,giving us incorrect spelling,and on top of it all I owed him nothing because his video was with the previous owners. When he found out that the company was sold he tried to take advantage of someone who had nothing to do with his original video. We tried to work with this individual,we should have just let him try to resolve his issues with the previous owners. We spent a great deal of time and money trying to satisfy a client that was not our client to begin with.

    As the new owner of Forever images I'm not going to try to discredit this individual, but I will set the facts straight. 1) Grooms named misspelled wrong was correct,but it was taken from our editor off their invitation, give us the wrong info and it will end up on your video! 2) Father in laws name cut off half way, once again the way it was printed on their invite! Their was never a sit down with this individual he simply called me months after his wedding, and after I had bought the company. He explained his situation and I bent over backwards to accommodate this individual. We decided to re-edit the video because the editor no longer had his video on his hard-drive. Once again he submits the invite with the misspelled info on his invite and why shouldn't it appear on his video, our editor looked at the invite and duplicated it. Once again my responsibility to this individual was nothing, I could have told him to contact the old owner and try to resolve his issues. His re-edit cost me $200.00 to re-edit out of my own pocket, but I thought to keep the customer base alive. Once again he comes back five months later complaining about the misspelled info, and once again the video was taken off the hard drive of the editors computer. This is when I told him you would have to give us a copy back to fix the video. As far as printing the names the correct way on the label of the video, we do the printing of the disc in house and his name on our computer database was correct. I feel that I bent over backwards with this individual, but some people will never be satisfied no matter what you do for them. I was not willing to refund his video money seeing that his contract was with a different corporation.
