All 4 flights were on time, pretty new A-330 planes on the Lisbon-Recife legs, decent IFE.
Pretty worn out A-320 on the Frankfurt-Lisbon legs, meals below standard on the same flights.
After reading the reviews I was a bit anxious, flying from Frankfurt via Lisbon to Recife, but on the whole the flights were OK, particularly the transatlantic ones. Considering the service the flight were not different than the comparable Munich-Toronto ones on Air Canada (both Star Alliance members). The real disappointment was the Lisbon airport.
