There are too many good points to mention, but the main things that make this farm such high quality are things such as: friendly staff who you can always have a good chat with, brilliant instructors, who make sure you do a new activity every lesson and make every lesson a good one (even if you fall off! ) there are many skilled lovable horses for people of all sizes and skills. There are many activities at the farm, from simple rides in a menage to galloping in the field or if you feel confident enough gala days which give you a chance to compete against your riding buddies. the farm is also a pony club centre which i have been attending for about 6 months and have enjoyed every moment of it, i have learnt many things and made new friends.
The only bad thing about mill farm is when you have to go home!
I have to say, i completely disagree with the women who posted the last comment. i have been goin to mill farm for 2 and a half years, and through all my time being there i hav never been harmed by any animal. The dobermans there are very friendly and would only ever bite if prevoked and they are guard dogs so were therefore only doing there jobs as the women who was attacked did not follow instructions to stay away from the gate, also over around three quarters of the time the dogs are in a kennel or under supervision. i would definately recommend this farm to anyone who wants to learn about riding and looking after horses and ponies
