Good selection of discs. Generally get discs in priority on list.
Good price.
Slow turnaround of discs. My last two discs have not been sent out until the day after my returned disc was received by them as far as I am aware. They receive my returned disc and mark my account "awaiting allocation" Then they wait until the next day to post the disc so I do not get it until the following day at the earliest in my opinion. They are not open at weekends so there is only a 5 day period when they process. If they are hanging on to discs before posting, over a period months you end up losing out as far as I am concerned. I have complained about it in the past at least twice but they say that the terms and conditions state within a working day.
This has eventually sickened me off and when my 3 month subscription ends I am packing in.
Their customer service are very efficient in that you always get a prompt acknowledgment or reply regarding a complaint, but its all useless if the problem is not sorted out as far as I am concerned.
