I felt bad for the customer service people, they were left holding the bag with no explinations. They at least tried to be helpful and friendly.
100% satisfaction guarentee is a FARCE! Paying extra from timed delivery was a joke and the pictures on the website compared to what is actually delivered is a total LIE!! Beware!
My best friends father passed and I am 3000 miles away from home, I spent alot of time looking for just the right flowers to send. I sent a bright and hopeful (I thought) arrangement so my friend and her mother could take it home and it could be bright and hopeful in thier dark time. What was delivered was suppose to be at the funeral home by 2pm ($5.99 extra charge) and arrived at 4pm, not to mention that the thing was a monstrosoty, it was a big green (dark) thing, with 3 blooming flowers, and a bunch of un bloomed buds. it was no where what it was depicted to be. I can understand substitutions but this thing was horrid and was depressing. Instead of being taken home it went to the cementary in the rain, just because they didnt know what to do with the monstrous thing. I was sent a picture from my best friend and was agast at what was sent, from my family, in this sad time. HORRIBLE experience and I am ashamed, I would have been better off to have sent nothing. She had acted funny when I asked her about the flowers and now I know why.
When I emailed, and called to get this complaint resolved, they wanted to give me a discount. Not only was that unacceptable, it was offensive. Their guarentee is to draw you into to buying. Because its not factual and they do not own up to mistakes made from their company, I was basically told NOTHING, no explanations, no apologies, no NOTHING. Offered a discount, like I would order from them again ~ NEVER!
