I liked the online banking
They closed my account without informing me.
They said they give out 7 days notice in cancelling my Barclays Business Bank Account. Apparently they sent a letter. This letter has not yet reached me. They closed the account yesterday, I called them this morning and they told me they cannot explain , just that I do not meet barclays criteria. So if I never rang them today I'd only have 5 days left, that's if the letter comes tomorrow. They didn't even discuss anything with me.
I'm getting paid into the account on Friday. I told them this but yet they told me to contact my payroll manager and cancel it. As if they would do something like that at such short notice even though the payroll system has to deal with thousands of employees throughout the uk, for this one company.
Very DISAPPOINTED from the start of the change from woolwich to barclays.
