Good at low cost recording with basic effects, you can reliably expect 11 ms latency. Compatible with ASIO 1 only! (No ASIO 2) It does have MIDI in-out and through. Has Ghost 48V dc for some older studio mic's.
Not great at Surround sound creation, It still has the old idea of standard stereo is enough. Personally do not like surround recreation. Ok as Stereo only.
I wouldn't buy this device because lacks surround creation.
Why buy this card? If you only need stereo recordings then its very good value. Why not to buy this card? I'm a professional producer and this has very limited effects and tends to be on the cheep side, both in money and what it can achieve in my opinion.
