Great prices without 2 year commitments. Nice features. Servers seem to be fast. Customer service is responsive, though not terribly friendly.
Lots of random problems with email just when you absolutely NEED to send email. Unannounced software upgrades that break stuff. Downtime.
I'm a long time customer. I've had lots of problems with eHostPros. But overall I still actually think they're okay. Their customer service is terse, but responsive. Their prices are good. Their servers seem to be fast. The problem I'm having with them now is their mail server has been put on a blacklist that one of my clients uses, so now I cannot email that client. But eHostPros is trying to help, so I give them credit for that.
They are definitely not perfect. But maybe all affordable web hosts suck a little, and you just have to be prepared to deal with the suckiness without getting too emotional.
