Good Points

None for me.


Bad Points

It is very heavy and bulky. The hose in constantly falling off the clips, the main wire is too close to the ground and is constantly getting trapped in the wheel.


General Comments

I feel the purchase of the Hoover - The One Pet cleaner has been a waste of money, the only good thing was the engineer on his first visit ordered me replacement parts for no charge. from the day this vacuum was purchased I have had so many problems. Considering it is for "Pets" it does not cope very well, mine is constantly getting blocked even though I empty it continually. Within the first 6/8 months I called the engineers to it 2 times. I complained about its maneuverability and was told by the engineer it was my carpets!
