Good Points

No bank fees. Up until 2008, worked brilliantly and was the only real choice for business banking. Going anywhere else was insane.


Bad Points

In 2008 they have developed major problems. Payments that we have made have bounced (and they charged us for it) for no reason. Items missing from the statement. In short, it's a shambles. Forget calling them, they don't respond to letters either and they have no ability to communicate online.


General Comments

They used to be the FirstDirect of business banking and the most intelligent choice you could make. Saved us a fortune. 2008 has seen their service fall apart, payments fail, customer service disappear and basically become unfit for purpose.
