Cheap tickets
Terrible customer service, especially the ground staff - very arrogant and won't budge for any requests.
My initial impression about Emirates was that it's a top class airline. However, after what my mom went through with Emirates, I no longer think high of Emirates. My mom had a missed flight which made the wait for the next flight 20+ hours. However, Emirates Dubai refused to give her a hotel room, saying it was only for Business/First class passengers. The Ground staff were very arrogant and of no help to her.
