Good Points

Absolutely none. This is the worst bank I have ever used in my life. They messed up my account numerous times and never took accountability for it.


Bad Points

They failed to close out one of my check cards and as a result I lost thousands of dollars. I left Washington mutual to join my husbands bank and it was the biggest mistake of my life.


General Comments

US bank has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every-time I called to speak with somebody in the company I was pushed around and agitated to the point that I couldn't speak clearly. Issues were never resolved and they made my husband and I jump through hoops to get simple tasks accomplished. BAD BAD BAD. GO TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL!!!
