Please re-consider using Digital Direct

Customer Service VERY VERY POOR!

Some staff are very abrupt and inconsiderate.

I placed a order and Digital Direct didn't even bother to email me with a customer reference for confirmation or even notify me that the item is 'out of stock' i called to say that i have been waiting for 2 weeks for my order and i get a response of 'I have a customer that have been waiting for 2 months' lovely.

I will NOT be using Digital Direct again.
