Brought a sat nav from ideal world last year for £173. it went wrong after 3 months eventually sent back to deal world after being told to deal with maunfacturer directly, in december07 still waiting so now out of pocket and and no sat nav. customer services a full of empty promises and letters of complaint go unanswered. This company rips you of with shoddy goods and a wall of silence
Don't use them for expensive goods
