Good Points

The weather, the staff very pleasant.


Bad Points

The food was cold, drinks were warm. Condition of the boat was average as it is going out of service in June for refurbishment. The towels were grey, chairs on the sundeck were old and uncomfortable.


General Comments

We waited at the Lock for 28 hours and missed half of our cruise. There was no view as boats were tired up beside us, it was like a prison and everyone on the boat was unhappy. There were no complimentary drinks with any meals, you had to pay for everything. We paid for a 5 star cruise and got a 2 star cruise for our money. Would not recommend it to anyone.
