RE: EON Boiler service cover
Some staff at the call centre were polite and customer orientated.
Some rude engineers (apart from 1, and we have so far had 4 try to fix 1 issue - in 5 weeks!) Multiple delays on parts. Not kept upto speed with delays. No communication. No one calls you back even though they promise.
5 weeks without hot water and heating. Took the 2 weeks to offer electric temp. heaters. It is my opinion that engineers need customer facing skills as well as better diagnostic skills. I do not recommend E.ON Fix by trial and error. Not competent. Very slow.
