The machine acts almost like an eliptical cross trainer and a treadmill.
the work out is quite intense and you can feel the muscles starting to burn after only 15 minutes use.
The LCD display is clear and the controls are easy to navigate.
Bad Points
Didn't feel as sturdy or as solid as a treadmill or infact a cross trainer.
Some shake if you really want to give it some !!!!
General Comments
Overall if space is limited and you have a large budget this machine will tick some of the boxes, although not all. Warranty good from Nautilus.
