Good Points

The other people I met on the tour


Bad Points

Lack of stops unless it was for the driver to have his break, spent more time in the bus or at truck stops than seeing anything, very bad tour director not very organised,


General Comments

Did not seem to be an age limit on the Cosmos Tourama tour so had people on the tour who couldn't walk very well due to age and were often left out because of walking, but we also found it hard because we had to either assist them or hang around waiting for them and when you have very limited time at each place we ended up losing a lot of time.
No time allowed to stop for photos ie middle of Swiss Alps and had to take photos from the bus, were not allowed to stop for 5 mins at truck stop, unfortunately it is my photos that suffered since they all have either window gleer or speed lines in.
Would never use this company again which is a shame since I was recommended this by a friend however it seemed that the bus driver and the tour guide didn't seem to care about our holiday just getting the tip at the end of it which we were constantly reminded about their tips, and having been on quite a few tours I know that these are the people who can make or break it and was left feeling very disappointed
