The plot really got you thinking, as good as any Agatha Christie novel. Total escapism. Fantastic. The rows and 'fights' between the actors were brilliant.
The weekend came to an end too soon.
The weekend end started on Friday night with a themed drinks reception, followed by dinner. The murders were very realistic and a bit gruesome. Saturday was spent interviewing the 'actors', relaxing in the hotel spa, playing games and studying the unfolding evidence in the 'Police Incident' Room. After the fancy dress dinner on Saturday evening there was a disco and several more deaths.
Saturday night went on very late as we were determined to solve the case.
Sunday morning after breakfast all was revealed by the detective heading up the investigation.
We got the murder right but didn't manage to get the much coveted trophy . . . definitely next time.
