Well, I didn't don't wait as much as I would wait with BT.
It seems to me that they are unhelpful in my experience as I feel I have wasted my time. The router came and I wasted 5 hours trying to get broadband. I was told, they will take the matter with BT. After 2 days, got back to them, they told me it was the router that was wrong and I was sent another one. The new router came, same issue and I was told, they will raise the matter with BT. Every 2 days, I need to spend 2 hours with them to hear the same story and at the end of the day, I decided to cancel a service which was never provided: 2 weeks is a bit too long for me.
