General Comments

I visited the restaurant at 3oclock in the afternoon it was shocking as some of the staff were busy talking to each other, the cutlery was dirty, we waited 15mins for a starter and 20 mins for the main course. I had the steak which I wanted medium rare and came out well done and tough the fries looked like cut up potato skins all of it was cold the salad was dire. My sister had the chicken burger that looked like it was thrown on the plate with the same disinterested fries as I had. Definitely not worth the money.
I was staying at the Premier Inn and had our breakfast at TGI`S, walked in the restaurant at 8.10am and it was dirty the tables were dirty the floor was dirty the full English was as cold as the staff serving it. I have never been in a place like and I would definitely not be returning to any of your restaurants.
