Un-Helpful customer services all in my experience and opinion.
Telewest was awesome Virgin media regardless of the name or if they took over or what happened has and is committing corporate suicide.
Were paying for a 20mbit line were not getting anywhere near as far as I am concerned.
Then they are rolling out 50mb when the entire country cant even get 20
How does this work?
Your being traffic shaped and basically told you can only use the
Internet for downloading between hours of 3pm -9pm thats not worth the money for me personally
at any point day or night you hit 3GB of data download or iplayer they hit you with 7 hours of Maximum reduced speeds in my experience.
Virgin media is the worst broadband internet provider I've personally ever been with
they are over subscribed in my opninion and still trying to get new customers.
I do not recommend Virgin Media.
