General Comments

It has been difficult to speak to a manager. When issues escalate or staff are rude in my opinion there is no one to contact and despite repeatedly asking for a manager (over a 4 day period) I have not been contacted by anyone with any type of authority within the company as far as I am concerned..

   Dataflame have been an absolute nightmare to deal with. It has taken over a month to transfer a domain and I'm still waiting!
   
   The staff I have spoken to are rude, arrogant and unhelpful.
   
   This is, without doubt, the worst company I have ever dealt with. BEWARE!
