Car available as promised; well prepared; helpful and quick service
Car not examined when returned - so uncertainty about any late charging until credit card bill examined / received final invoice
Booked a car from Lyon airport National Citer in March via Holiday Autos. I had a confirmed booking. Had all paperwork completed, arrived at the car hire and we were off, complete with a set of snow chains as prev booked within 15 - 20 mins. The car was well prepared, the staff helpful (I speak reasonable French) and no probs at all. The hire centre was busy when we returned the car and so there was only a verbal exchange that the car had not had any damage and that the tank was full etc. I was a little nervous that this might leave us open to late charges till I saw my credit card bill had nothing added - and I got a confirmatory closed invoice sent all the way to my home address in the UK. I would be entirely happy if I got this level of service every time I hired a car.
