General Comments

In my opinion when a service is up for renewal, a vendor should send you a reminder and ask for consent before taking money from your Credit Card.
They AA automatically debited my card and renewed the breakdown cover.
When I advised them that I didnt want to re-new the breakdown cover they applied an administration fee of 14.00 which cannot be waived.
