Bottom of freezer compartment fills with ice which has to be chipped out once a month - otherwise impedes door closure.
This review is in relation to the Samsung RL39WBSW/1/XEU purchased 15 Oct 2003. It has had the above fault since purchase.I have attempted to contact Samsung with regard to this problem. No response.
I am at the point of renewal - I shall not purchase another Samsung of course!
