Good Points
its quick and no lifting involved, if you find picking up a kettle difficult then this is brilliant.
Bad Points
Its a bit loud, splashes a little.
General Comments
On the whole the Tefal Quick Cup is a great item, when they improve the noise and smooth the water flow it will be 100% great.
