New airplane
Rude air hostess
I flew from Tampa to Boston.....My flight was at 3:13 PM and it got delayed for 2 hours.....I reached Boston and my luggage was not there. I had to go through all those customer support to get my luggage. The flight was really nice but the air hostess were really rude.....they really don't know how to treat people. I flew Jet Blue too....and ohhh man they are surely better. Actually Jet Blue and Airtran only fly directly without any halt.
I wouldn't say Airtran was horrible but there is surely things to improve
