Luckily the were on time for most of my flights.
Horrible staff, horrible food
I flew from Miami to London Heathrow. I had already heard bad reviews so I was kind of prepared....anyways this was the cheapest I was getting. Next time even if I get a cheaper AA flight, thanks but I will pay more and take some other airline.
I am 6'0 and I wasn't really comfortable with the seat. I said to myself...its ok I can manage. It takes off and then I find my entertainment remote doesn't work. I called for help....she just said point blank to me that she can't help. Then the food came, believe me I fly around the world and I know about the quality of food you get. The food was worthless and the quantity was so little that a 5 yr old kid will also get hungry after eating it. I was hungry all through the flight.
They charge 5$ for beverage!!!! One of the most disgusting airlines I have travelled with and I am for sure not traveling again. The air hostess are very very rude, its like they are doing you a favor. I mean before AA hires, I guess they give them acting classes, like the look they give, you feel you don't want to ask anything again. In any case you are traveling AA, carry food with you and prepare yourself
