Excellent at checking 'odd' charges ie possibly fraudulent.

Foreign call centres.
Statements could be clearer.
General Comments
Once you have gone through Bangalore and have them returned you to a UK Call centre the service was excellent. I was credited immediately for a faulty purchase from the rogues at Dixons.
