The Broadband service is okay.
They need to stop using Yahoo in my opinion, it just bloats out my PC.
Billing is poor as far as I am concerned from my experience, they do not mention in their adverts that they charge for three months in advance after a couple of weeks of service as far as I am aware therefore I do not recommend BT Yahoo! Internet.
