Good Points

Somebody may appreciate the "service" they provide.


Bad Points

It seems to Me, they are more focused on their business profits than customer satisfaction, but without caring enough to have adequate safeguards in place to ensure fair treatment of their customers as far as I am concerned.. I do not recommend Cellorado.com


General Comments

We are boring types and don't do texts. Whether down to our 10 year old twin girls (denied any knowledge) or down to putting our mobile number on an TV competition website, my wife started getting texts out of the blue and just canceled them. One day her vodafone bill arrived and instead of £30 is was about £90, we phoned vodafone and I got someone at work to text stop. However due to the way bills are managed we got another £90 bill the month after and have an extra £20 coming on our next bill. Emailed these people who say they provided this "service in good faith". We though have paid well over £100 for something we never wanted as far as I am concerned.
