Bad Points

I received very bad rude customer services. I feel I was miss sold on Insurance Policies


General Comments

I do not recommend anything from Land of Leather. I feel I was miss sold the insurance policies telling you that you are covered for every eventuality then when something went wrong they didn't want to know. The comment from the Insurance Company I had was "we cant be held responsible for quality of products sold or mis selling of policies that is the responsibility of Lane of Leather" that says it all doesnt it.
