Convenient, affordable.
Customer service non existent
I've used Jet2 many times Manchester to Murcia. Having made a booking for a large party ( £700) I found one persons forename was different from the forename on their passport. Cost of changing this one word on their system is £40 plus premium rate phone call plus credit card cost. I wrote to customer service and was fobbed off with a lame reply. I accept I made an error but they take a huge advantage of it. I know they all do it -but they do not recognise customer loyalty..so I won't.
