Good cardiovascular
It's quite repetitive and so no good if you need to be kept entertained
It lasts long enough for a proper workout unlike some DVD's which just give you 20 minutes or so. But it does repeat itself a lot. I found I got a bit bored doing the same moves, but I suppose I had a good workout. It reminded me a little of the old fashioned army instructor!
