None as far as I am concerned.
Unhelpful customer service! Prepare to speak to India on a bad connection with polite yet unhelpul customer service people in my experience, And they charge you for the phone call!
We have been without broadband for 12 weeks and Orange doesn't seem to care or are able to fix it as far as I am concerend.
