Good Points

Nothing as far as I am concerned.


Bad Points

The information in website for me mislead me as far as I am concerned.
Promises that I believe this phone card company did not make
Unhelpful customer service in my opinion.


General Comments

We bought 2 cards (IT IS MANDATORY TO BUY $10) and they did not work. We called customer service 4 times from 10am to 10pm regarding the difference in minutes the cards presented. Well, the truth is that none of the cards really offer the same number of minutes advertised in their website. Alosmart.com says 49 minutes to Belarus, and the phone system only allowed for 37. On top of that, when we dialed the phone calls did not go through. So finally we decided to call them at night frustrated with this all day long.

I do not recommend Alo Smart.com
