Twice my partner has ordered flowers (unfortunately he forgot it was the same dismal organisation) and twice they never delivered any flowers. We spent ages contacting them via their online web site, they denied all knowledge of there being a problem and the most they would offer is a £10 voucher off the next order! Twice they took the full amount for the flowers and never delivered - how can they get away with it?
